Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost for any artwork. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of damage. To initiate a return, please start by contacting me here with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:

After I receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation from me. If your return is accepted, I will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure a secure return.
