Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

At Stroke of the Wild, I’m pleased to offer free shipping on all fine art purchases over $100 within the United States.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the preparation and packing of original artwork. Larger pieces may involve extra steps to ensure safe delivery. I am dedicated to ensuring that your artwork is securely (and elegantly) packaged and promptly shipped your way. Once your artwork is prepped and packed, you can expect domestic shipping to take 7-10 business days, as I take the utmost care in handling your unique piece of art.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that shipping times for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Just know, if you’re shopping from abroad, I’m extra honored!

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost for any artwork. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of damage.

To initiate a return, please start by contacting me here with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds:

After I receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation from me. If your return is accepted, I will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure a secure return.
